/ Material Collection

Shredding, Grinding, and Pelletizing. Once the resin has arrived at our plant, they are sorted by plastic composition and material specifications. These are then shredded, granulated and blended, with stages of metal removal and screening in between. The finished product is packaged and ready for shipping.

Our plastic materials are often a byproduct of large manufacturing and distribution facilities. They are stored as a mixed load of many different types, shapes, colors, & sizes. Therefore, many corporations find it difficult to recycle efficiently. This is where our vision comes in, in fact. We’ve built an entire process just to be able to fit your specifications and deliver an end product that you can reuse.
